Molly is classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley. She owes her cooking style to her many mentors in the Napa Valley and San Fransisco Bay Area. She enjoys interacting with clients and making lasting memories with every meal. She hopes to mirror the Central Coast’s unique community through hospitality.

LUKE BIDINOST
Luke is also classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley. He has worked as a young Sous Chef under celebrity Chef Michael Chiarello. He uses his leadership experience, Italian roots, and talent to create show stopping menus.
